When will it be shipped?

When purchased, the order is processed within 4 business days. You will then either receive a confirmation that the item has been shipped or a tracking number to follow the shipping.

  • The UK based In-stock orders normally ship within 3-5 business days and delivered within 2-5 days
  • Some products come from different suppliers so if you’ve ordered a few different products, they might arrive in different packages. Some items are sent from outside the U.K, so please allow 15-30 business days for the items to arrive. (Look at the product listing) If it says nothing it will take about 2-3 weeks for the product to arrive.
  • We are always trying to improve the shipping conditions, and many times we pay extra for faster shipping, but eventually, it depends on our suppliers and the handling companies.
  • Standard UK shipping takes 5-8 business days

Do you want a faster delivery? With DHL, ePacket or another express-delivery, we can offer shipping and delivery within 16 days. Contact us on chat with the specific product to be informed about the shipping fee. The fee varies because of the size of the products.

Because the products that are sold, is delivered by different factories, it will not arrive in the same package if you order different products. Remember, that customs clearance is carried out on each package being shipped to your country.

Do You Provide Tracking Numbers?
You will be sent your tracking number as soon as the package has been shipped. Rest assured you’re in good hands and all of your purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have not received one, please contact us and we will send you it right away.

Do you deliver products internationally?
We successfully ship large quantities of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have multiple warehouses worldwide, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. You’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t be concerned if you don’t receive all of your items at once. They will get to you!

How can we keep so low prices?

We have found the best suppliers and we have good contact with them. We are using their warehouse and we have no expenses when it comes to storing the goods. The suppliers take care of this for us, so we can give you the best price on the market.

What kind of warranty?

We have trustworthy suppliers and believe we make some of the most innovative products in the world, and we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free 30-day guarantee after received and 1-year factory warranty.

If you don’t have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

What about taxes and custom?

The order will be declared with General customs declaration.
Your order may incur additional import duties, taxes, or other customs related charges.
Import duties, taxes, or other customs related charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade, we sincerely hope that you don’t use the additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason to ask for refunds or leave negative feedback. It is you as a customer that is responsible to be aware of any additional taxes.

Cost of shipping?

We have free shipping on all our products
